Wow my, life has truly turned around - am in a space of discovery and play - EASY DOES IT!!!!
For the first time in ages I feel happy and excited about waking up in the morning - what will the day bring this is due to moving to Notting Hill and taking up the practice of Nichiren Buddhism it has consolidated all my years of spiritual practice and soul development - I feel so blessed at this time in my life - 42 and at last I feel like I have some grounding beneath me after treading water for all my life - chanting nam-yo-ho-renge-kyo is key to this no doubt!!
